When will I receive my order?
All orders will be shipped as soon as the next business day after placing your order. Please allow 3-5 business days before contacting us about your order. Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order is shipped.
Can I get a refund for items I no longer want?
All used items are nonrefundable. Please refer to the return and refund policy on what will be accepted for a refund.
I did not get what I ordered? What should I do?
In the event that you receive an item other than what you ordered, please email us at email@example.com with receipt of what you ordered versus what you received. Please allow at least 48 hours for a response.
How do I use the payment plan?
There are several different options to pay. Please carefully select which is best for you at checkout. Should you need help with placing an order using the payment plan, please don’t hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What payment methods are accepted in-store?
Cash and all credit/debit cards are accepted in-store.
What are the payment schedules for payment plans?
Each payment plan (Sezzle, ShopPay, ViaBill, or any other affiliate offering payment plans) may have different terms, which will be specified at the time of your order. Sezzle-Every 2 weeks; ShopPay- Every 2 weeks; ViaBill-Once a month;
