Terms of service

All sales are final and no refunds will be granted, unless otherwise discussed with PREMIUM ESSENTIALS LLC and affiliates. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product(s) or services received, you should notify us as soon as possible. For in-store purchases, please do not purchase items you are not totally satisfied with. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED AFTER YOU HAVE MADE A PAYMENT. 

Deposits Required: A deposit fee of $25 will be required when making an appointment. This $25 will be deducted from your total fee upon completion of services. 1st Missed appointments: After 30 minutes you are considered late and will need to reschedule your appointment. You will not have to pay the deposit again at this time. 2nd missed appointment: you will be required to pay the $25 deposit fee again at this time. Each time after your 2nd missed appointment, you will be required to pay the $25 deposit fee.

Cancellations: If you will be and/or are more than 30 minutes late for your appointment, you will need to reschedule. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify the stylist you selected for your services at least 24 hours ahead of your appointment. Please note that you will be rescheduled based on the availability of the stylist you have selected.

Booking an appointment is your acceptance of our cancellation policy; therefore, please be certain that you have read, reviewed, and agree with these terms and conditions.

Refund Policy: There will be absolutely NO REFUNDS on items that have been tampered with, altered, or have lace cut. To protect all customers, used products will not be accepted for refunds. If you request and qualify for a refund, you will be notified at the time of request. Please do not expect to use items and return them, these items will not be granted a refund. Any items purchased over 30 days prior to request for refund will not be refunded. 

Privacy policy: At no time will any customer information be released or provided without their consent and/or knowledge. Should you be photographed or recorded during any service, your private information will not be released. By requesting services from PREMIUM ESSENTIALS LLC, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of being recorded for promotional purposes.
