Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within [3-7 business days]. 

Shipments will mailed on all business days to include Saturdays. Order placed on holidays or Sundays will be process the following business day. Should there be a high volume in orders or any delays in the processing of your order, you will be notified by email and/or phone immediately; however, each order will be processed in the order it was received.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Please assure your address is correct before submitting your order. To ensure all customers information is protected, no information will be changed after orders are placed. A P.O. Box is not required; however, the address listed for shipment will not be changed after the order is placed.

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Every Girl’s Dream By Royshun Wig & Beauty Bar will ship outside the U.S. as long as the customer is willing to cover additional rates that apply.
